From humble beginnings in 1956, we were officially Chartered by the State of Tennessee on January 8^th, 1958. With more than 60 years of experience serving our community, we are known today as Knox County Rescue.

We are a 501(C)(3) Non-Profit Organization whose mission it is to render aid to persons in distress, administer first aid, and perform missions’ incident to the rescue of human beings who are in distress.
